Your email copy will be emailed to you as a Google Document within 3 to 10 days depending on the word count. We don’t design or send emails.

Step 1: Choose the copy you need and place your order. You can add additional services on our secure order page.
Step 2: Once you’ve placed your order, we will email you our research questionnaire and creative brief. Please fill this out right away so our writers have the info they need to write about your business.
Step 3: Relax while we assign a copywriter with industry experience to write the first draft and an editor to review. You’ll receive an email with the copy in Google Document format in 3 to 10 days. You can request unlimited revisions for 7 days.

Here are our turnaround times for email copy. Please note that we can only start writing once you have answered our research questionnaire.
1 to 5 emails takes 3-5 business days
6 to 8 emails takes 7 business days
You can request unlimited revisions within 7 days of us emailing you a link to the first draft in Google Docs. The revisions must be reasonable and within the original scope and project brief.
We have a proven research questionnaire and process that allows us to find out the style and tone of voice you want us to write in. You can either answer our questionnaire, or we can have a 45-minute zoom interview that we record and share with our writing team (when you order 3 or more of anything).
We cannot guarantee that our copy will generate a specific result or conversion rate. How could we? There are too many factors outside of our control, such as the overall demand for your product or service, pricing, market competition, etc. As my grandfather used to say, “there are no guarantees in life, only death and taxes.”
If you are dissatisfied with your copy, then you may request unlimited revisions within 7 days of receiving the first draft. However, we do not offer refunds as we have to pay our writers and editors for their time.
