Step 2: Once you’ve placed your order, we will email you our research questionnaire. Please answer it asap so we can start writing. For larger orders (3 or more emails, Facebook ads, web pages) we can interview you over a zoom call and record your answers.
Step 3: Relax while we assign a copywriter with industry experience to write the first draft and an editor to review. You’ll receive an email with the copy in Google Document format. Request unlimited revisions for 7 days.

We cannot guarantee that our copy will generate a specific result or conversion rate. How could we? There are too many factors outside of our control, such as the overall demand for your product or service, pricing, market competition, etc. As my grandfather used to say, “there are no guarantees in life, only death and taxes.”
If you are dissatisfied with your copy, then you may request unlimited revisions within 7 days of receiving the first draft. We do not offer refunds as we have to pay our writers and editors for their time.
